【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforzincanodesintheformofslabs,plates,discs,androdsforcorrosionprotection(cathodicprotection)ofmetalsandalloys.Theanodesareprimarilyintendedtoreducecorrosionofsurfaceshipandsubmarinehulls,steelandaluminumequipmentandstructures,seachests,sonardomes,andtheseawatersideofcondensersandotherheatexchangers.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Themetric(SI)units,giveninparentheses,areforinformationpurposesonlyandmaybeapproximate.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
