【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessignallinginterworkingbetween"QSIG"and"H.323"insupportofthecalltransfersupplementaryserviceswithinaCorporatetelecommunicationNetwork(CN)."QSIG"isasignallingprotocolthatoperatesattheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedServiceseXchanges(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinotherStandards,inparticularISO/IEC11572(callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices),ISO/IEC11582(genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices)andanumberofstandardsspecifyingindividualsupplementaryservices.ISO/IEC13869specifiestheQSIGprotocolinsupportofcalltransferbyconsultationandISO/IEC19460specifiestheQSIGprotocolinsupportofsinglestepcalltransfer."H.323"isasetofsignallingprotocolsforthesupportofvoiceormultimediacommunicationwithinapacketnetwork,inparticularapacketnetworkthatusestheInternetProtocol(IP)asitsnetworklayerprotocol(IPnetwork).H.323signallingprotocolsoperatebetweenendpointsinanIPnetwork,eitherindirectlyviaoneormoregatekeepers,ordirectly.Anendpointcanbeaterminaloragatewaytoanothernetwork.H.323isan"umbrella"recommendationreferringtovariousITU-Trecommendations,inparticularRecommendationsH.225.0andH.245(basiccommunicationcapabilities)andRecommendationH.450.1(genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices).RecommendationH.450.2specifies-theH.323protocolinsupportofcalltransfer.NOTE-H.450.2appliesonlytothe1998versionofH.323(alsoknownasH.323version2)andtolaterversions.Calltransferbyconsultation,assupportedbyISO/IEC13869,isasupplementaryservicethatenablesauser(userA)totransformtwoofthatuser'scalls(atleastoneofwhichmustbeanswered)intoanewcallbetweenthetwootherusersinthetwocalls(usersBandC).Singlestepcalltransfer,assupportedbyISO/IEC19460,isasupplementaryservicethatenablesauser(userA)totransformanexistingcallbetweenuserAanduserBintoanewcallbetweenuserBanduserCwithoutuserAneedingtoestablishacallwithuserCpriortotransfer.Calltransfer,assupportedbyH.450.2,isasupplementaryservicethatenablestheserveduser(userA)totransformanexistingcallwithaseconduser(userB)intoanewcallbetweenuserBandathirduser(userC)selectedbyuserA.UserAmayormaynothaveacallestablishedwithuserCpriortocalltransfer.IfacallisalreadyestablishedbetweenuserAanduserC,thisisknownastransferbyconsultationandisequivalenttocalltransferassupportedbyISO/IEC13869.IfacallisnotalreadyestablishedbetweenuserAanduserC,thisisknownassinglestepcalltransferandisequivalenttocalltransferassupportedbyISO/IEC19460.InterworkingbetweenQSIGandH.323permitsacalloriginatingatauserofaPISNtoterminateatauserofanIPnetwork,oracalloriginatingatauserofanIPnetworktoterminateatauserofaPISN.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthefollowingadditionalcapabilities:·aPISNuserwithtwocallsestablished,atleastoneofwhichbeingtoorfromauserinanIPnetwork,tobeabletotransformthosetwocallsintoanewcallbetweentheothertwousersinvolved;·aPISNuserwithacallestablishedtoorfromauserinanIPnetworktobeabletotransformthatcallintoanewcallbetweentheIPnetworkuserandathirduserselectedbythePISNuser,thatthirduserbeingeitherintheIPnetworkorinthePISN;·aPISNuserwithacallestablishedtoasecondPISNusertobeabletotransferthatcallintoanewcallbetweentheseconduserandathirduserselectedbythefirstuser,thatt
