【摘要】:ThispartofISO8230specifiescommonsafetyrequirementsfordry-cleaningmachines.Itisapplicabletodry-cleaningmachinesofallsizesintendedforindustrialandcommercialuseforthecleaningofarticlesmadeoftextile,leather,fursandskins,usingexclusivelyeitherperchloroethyleneorcombustiblesolventasthecleaningmedium.Itisnotapplicableto:--machinesplacedatthedisposalofthegeneralpublic(self-service);--barriermachinesasdefinedin3.1.5;--transfermachinesasdefinedin3.1.4;--ironingpresses(seeISO10472-1andISO10472-6);--ancillaryequipment,e.g.roomventilationequipment,wasterecuperationsystemsofthestill,externalwatercoolingsystemsorexternalsystemsforsolventrecoveryfromthestillsludge.ThispartofISO8230dealswithallsignificanthazardsarisingfromtheuseofthedry-cleaningmachine,where"useofthedry-cleaningmachine"comprisesbothintendeduseandforeseeableabnormalsituationsandincludescommissioning,useandmaintenance.Itdefinesthecommonsafetyrequirementsfordry-cleaningmachinesandisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithISO8230-2andISO8230-3,asrelevant.SpecificrequirementsinthoseotherpartsofISO8230takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofthispartofISO8230.Itdoesnotdealwithhazardscausedbyprocessingitemsthatcancreateanexplosiveatmosphere(e.g.printers'wiperscontainingalow-flashsolvent),norwithmachinesprocessingloadsthatcancontain"foreignsolvents",whichcouldleadtoachangeinaproperty(characteristic)ofthecleaningsolvent,e.g.causefoamingormakeitcarcinogenic.ThispartofISO8230appliestomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofitsissue.
