【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthequalificationtestingofweldersforthefusionweldingofsteels.Itprovidesasetoftechnicalrulesforasystematicqualificationtestofthewelder,andenablessuchqualificationstobeuniformlyacceptedindependentlyofthetypeofproduct,locationandexaminer/examiningbody.Whenqualifyingwelders,theemphasisisplacedonthewelder'sabilitytomanuallymanipulatetheelectrode/weldingtorch/weldingblowpipeandtherebyproducingaweldofacceptablequality.Theweldingprocessesreferredtointhisstandardincludethosefusion-weldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanizedwelding.Itdoesnotcoverfullymechanizedandautomatedweldingprocesses(seeEN1418).
