【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulforthedeterminationoftracelevelphosphonateresiduesinbrines.Chemicaltreatmentwhichcontainphosphonatesareusedasmineralscaleandcorrosioninhibitorsingasandoildrillingandproductionoperations;andotherindustrialapplications.Often,thedecisionfortreatmentisbasedontheabilitytomeasurelowphosphonateconcentrationandnotuponperformancecriteria.Phosphonateconcentrationsaslowas0.16mg/Lhavebeenshowneffectiveincarbonatescaletreatment.Thistestmethodenablesthemeasurementofsub-mg/Lphosphonateconcentrationinbrinescontaininginterferingelements.Theprocedureincludesmeasuringtotal(see12.3.8)andfreeorthophosphate(see12.4.3)ionsandthedifferenceinconcentrationisthephosphonateconcentration.Thesamplecouldcontainorthophosphatenaturally,orfromdecompositionofthephosphonateduringprocessingorwelltreatmentorfromtreatingcompoundscontainingmoleculardehydratedphosphates.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthecolorimetricdeterminationofphosphonate(PNA)inbrinesfromgasandoilproductionoperationsintherangefrom0.1to5mg/L.1.2Thisphosphonatemethodisintendedforusetoanalyzelowconcentrationofphosphonateinbrinecontaininginterferingelements.Thistestmethodismostusefulforanalyzingphosphonateat0.1to1mg/Lrangeinbrineswithinterferingelements;however,itrequirespersonnelwithgoodanalyticalskill.1.3Thistestmethodhasbeenusedsuccessfullywithreagentwaterandbothfieldandsyntheticbrine.Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoensurethevalidityofthistestmethodforwatersofuntestedmatrices.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see9.1.3.
