【摘要】:ThisclauseofPartIisreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectriccleaningappliancesforhouseholdusethatareintendedforcleaningsurfacessuchaswindows,wallsandemptyswimmingpoolsbyusingliquidcleansingagentsorsteam,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Italsocoverswallpaperstrippers.NOTE101Appliancesmayincorporateheatingelementsormeansforpressurisingtheliquidcontainer.ASfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,andsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-floortreatmentandwetscrubbingmachines(IEC60335-2-10);-cleaningappliancesthatarepermanentlyfixedtoabuilding;-cleaningappliancescoveredbyIEC60335-2-79,namelythosehavinga~pressureexceeding2,5MPa;~pressurisedvolumeover5I;~productofpressure(inMPa)andcontainervolume(inI)exceeding5;~liquidtemperatureexceeding160~C;~ratedpowerInputexceeding3500W;cleaningappliancesintendedforcommercialorindustrialuse;appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-fabricsteamers(IEC60335-2-85).
